not even close. i'm from miyagi and he's from tokyo, so we're in different leagues.
we'd only compete against each other at nationals.
our coaches just know each other, so we've played practice matches and gone to training camp together.
he is pretty shy, though. we have that in common. it's nice to have a friend who isn't loud.
it's nice of you to be looking out for him.

i feel like 90% of my team has only one volume setting, and that's screaming
but i guess this makes you the person constantly helping him find games
so thanks, he usually shares with me or we play together, and it's fun
