if i can find it though, he likes salted caramel
the salty-sweet thing has always been a combination he enjoys

i wouldn't worry about too much besides that, he doesn't like it being a big deal
maybe bring some chips or something like that so its not just sweet food
a surprise would be good providing it's just our team
if it's anyone else he'd probably be embarrassed instead of happy

i got kenma's birthday cake from there too, so i think i'm getting frequent flier miles at this point

as far as decorations, you can do what you want
i'm going to be getting there before everyone, and he'll definitely know if there's decorations everywhere
